How to Build Confidence and Overcome Fear is a reasonably short book but that’s not to say it doesn’t contain information which isn’t helpful. Daniel Riding has pulled together an easy to follow guide for learning to manage conditions such as anxiety and low self-esteem.
He works through how to manage different aspects of building confidence and managing fearful situations offering guidance and tips on how to overcome situations. Many of these tips are things I myself have and do embrace and I know that they work and can only commend Daniel for pulling them together in this guide for people who may not have the prior knowledge.
Daniel’s writing is friendly and easy to follow it’s well structured and the language isn’t going to overwhelm or confuse someone who may be in a more vulnerable situation.
I’m not generally a fan of self-help books but I find that the shorter length of this combined with the good practical suggestions mean that this is a good book for people struggling with confidence, fear, anxiety, self-esteem etc. I think this book has the potential to really help people.
